Nicole’s Packages and suggested Fees

Individual Sessions
Paying by session is best for those who only need an occasional session or prefer to meet a couple times per month.      

Individual session:  $55 (30-40 minute session)
Additional 'Discovery' fee for the first session:  $40 
If you are just starting with me, I like to do some extra discovery work with you.  

Standard Coaching Package
Three 30-40 minute sessions per month (plus unlimited email)
$150 per month

First month - standard sessions including longer discovery sessions: $185 

Premium Coaching Package
Four or more 30-40 minutes sessions per month (plus unlimited email): 
$200 per month

First month - 3 standard sessions +  plus longer discovery sessions: $235

* What is a Discovery Session?
A discovery session is the kick-off to the coaching process. This is rolled into our first two sessions and sets the stage for our coaching. In a nutshell, the questions we’ll be answering are: Who are you? What do you want from coaching and from your life? What are the best ways for us, as coach and client, to work together? 

Which package do I choose?
Individual Sessions
I allow clients to pick and choose how many sessions they want and whether they want an on-going package with me.  Individual sessions are ideal for someone who is just trying to work out a single decision: do I go to grad school or not? They are also ideal for returning clients who are trying to tune their life up.

The Standard & Premium Packages
While clients choose how often they want to see me, I believe that more regularity, particularly for a new client, is ideal.  The Standard Package, with three sessions a month,  offers more flexibility and is my most popular package.  If, however, you are a person who likes the regularity of a session every week, the premium package is probably for you.

What if I live out of town?
Because coaching is done over the phone, it doesn’t matter where you live!

Nicole's Special Rates
I hold that coaching should be offered at a rate that everyone can afford.  If you feel the above rates are not within your financial reach, I do hold one spot open at a sliding scale rate.  Please contact me for more information.
